The article is devoted to an urgent topic - the importance of knowledge of business etiquette and the ability to use it. The article discusses the rules of business etiquette. The necessity of its study for conducting modern business negotiations is determined. The author also mentioned the Richard Lewis model, thanks to which all ethics of different countries and peoples can be divided into groups with similar rules of communication and style. Thus, it emphasizes the diversity of business communication norms, using the example of Chinese and Russian etiquette.
