Features of the clinical course and risk factors for the development of Lyell's syndrome in children in the Kyrgyz Republic

The article presents the results of examination of children with a clinical diagnosis of Lyell’s syndrome for patients in the hospital, which allowed us to obtain information on the presence of allergic make when you start acute allergic urticaria and in this specific case it is the terrible complications of the Lyell’s syndrome. As well as the connection with the beginning of illness - premorbid background: genetic, family relationship and predisposing factors in the development of the disease. The connection in the clinical course of the disease with ENT-pathology and anaemia in children with the syndrome Luella. More than half of the cases in young children develops on the background of upper respiratory tract infections.
