Features of the clinical picture and results of treatment of donor wounds after autodermoplasty in victims of burns

Replacements of defects of skin with the split autografts remains the main technique of skin plastic. A problem of uncomplicated healing of wounds of donor sites it is impossible to consider finally resolved, the choice of a method of their treatment, including at development of complications, remains a subject of discussions. Results of treatment of 188 victims of the burns hospitalized in 2009-2016 in a row unspecialized hospitals of one of regions of the Russian Federation and also are given to two specialized burn centers of the same region. It is established that the essential features of a course of standard pathological processes (primary lack of zones of a necrosis, generalized arterioles damage, the strengthened painful afferentation, asynchrony of the centers of a regional and focal epitelization) leading to a disregulyation of separate phases of wound process are characteristic of donor wounds.
