Young men of Ukrainian nationality prefer the style of time-serving; they are more competitive than Russian young men and can demonstrate aggressiveness, hostility and cynicism towards other nationalities, showing medium tolerance. Young men of Armenian nationality prefer the styles of adaptability and compromise; they try not to express aggressiveness and hostility, but can be cynical in relation to other nationalities, though being usually tolerant to the representatives of other nationalities. The peculiarities of behavioral responses to conflict by the Russian, Ukrainian and Armenian youngsters are determined, on the in a hand, by ethnic factors, and, on the other hand, by the current social and cultural situation which provokes the increased aggressiveness and hostility and the lack of tolerance of young men.
