Peculiarities of the life cycle contract

This article is devoted to the consideration of the concept of a life cycle contract, which is a form of public-private partnership, a fixed form of interaction between the state and the private sector in relation to objects of state and municipal ownership, as well as services performed and provided by state and municipal bodies, institutions and enterprises in order to implement socially significant projects; the experience of foreign countries, where life-cycle contracts represent a kind of mutually beneficial partnership between public entities (state or municipality) and business entities, within which the company designs, builds, reconstructs, provides service to an object, and the state pays for it.
