Features of coordination of the national and regional levels of management of the transport policy of the state

This article explores the issue of the relationship and delimitation of the legal regulation of the management of the transport complex at the national and regional levels. The article describes the concept and role of the transport complex in the Russian economy. The question is raised about the correctness of applying a unified approach to the legal regulation of the development of the transport industry, both in individual regions and the country as a whole. An analysis is made of the regulatory legal acts of the Russian Federation in the field of development of the transport complex. To consider legal regulation from general to particular, the example of the Far Eastern Federal District is used, which is one of the highest priority macroregions for the national economy of the Russian Federation due to the fact that the macroregion has common borders with other countries that are important strategic partners of Russia.
