Features of corporate governance in companies with state participation

Company with state participation play an important role in Russia. They are of strategic importance for the economy of our country: it's mostly backbone enterprises in various industries. State-owned companies have a feature: the objectives of the state as the owner of more multifaceted than a private shareholder. This article presents a definition of corporate governance of companies with state participation and their role and feature. Analysis of the specificity of state-owned companies allows to understand the peculiarities of corporate governance in these companies.
