Features of criminalistic characteristics of crimes related to intended infliction of grievous bodily harm

This article deals with identification and description of the features of criminalistic characteristics of crimes related to intended infliction of grievous bodily harm. The author represented the results for the comparative analysis of individual structural elements of previously developed criminalistic characteristics with basic regularities. These regularities were identified during studying more than 100 criminal cases determined by Part 1-3, Article 111 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation and reviewed by the courts of first instance of the Northwest Federal District of Russia from 2012 to 2017.
