Features of criminological characteristics of crimes committed in crowded places (public places)

Nowadays, very often people have begun to resort to solving problems by committing some kind of criminal encroachment, which in turn undermines the public safety of both the village, the city, and the state as a whole. Such a problem manifests itself very vividly on the streets of the city, in public transport, in any institution, which then in turn become “combat zones” of opposing criminal structures. The danger of such illegal actions lies primarily in the fact that they greatly affect the consciousness of a large mass of people who in the future do not come into contact with the subjects who have committed a criminal offense. Thus, such encroachments generate uncertainty among the population in their own protection, fear of going out, in other words, general social tension and anxiety for their lives. Such circumstances allow us to talk about illegal encroachments in public places, and collectively about crime in a public place as an independent separate criminological problem.
