The features of criterion signs of youth labour market segmentation in the Republic of Crimea

The article presents the results of the study dealing with the youth labour potential in the labour market on the basis of selected groups of segmentation criterion sings according to objective positions. It has been revealed that the main labour supply in the Republic of Crimea is youth having high economic activity, but at the same time experiencing some difficulties in the labour market, as evidenced by the employment and unemployment rates. The authors believe that for the reinforced development of Crimea it is essentially to identify the key priority areas of the economy, implementation of which will provide the expanded reproduction of the youth labour force by their effective employment in the key economic sectors.
