Features of qualification of violation of traffic rules and operation of vehicles, due to the signs of the subject of the crime

This article criminally-legal characteristic features of qualification of crime provided by article 264 of the Criminal code of the Russian Federation taking into account specificity of object of the crime. Special interest in the subject of the crime under consideration is due to the presence of two approaches: a vehicle is an instrument or means of committing a crime, while other scientists consider the vehicle to be the direct subject of committing a crime.
