Features of the treatment of pleuropulmonary complications of covid-associated pneumonia

In connection with the emergence and increase in the incidence of a new coronavirus infection SARS-CoV-2, there is an increasing amount of data on the characteristics of the pathogen, epidemiology, pathogenesis and morphological changes, features of the clinical course, outcomes, various treatment tactics and developed methods for the prevention of this viral disease, which poses an accentuated danger to people of the older age group. We present our experience in the treatment of complications from the bronchopulmonary system in the stage of late purulent and widespread destructive complications against the background of covid-associated pneumonia.
