Personality features of the petty bribe-taker in the social sphere

Introduction: the article discusses the main characteristics of the personality of a petty bribe-taker in the social sphere. Without studying the characteristics of persons involved in bribery in small quantities, it is impossible to describe and explain their behavior. Materials and methods: general scientific and private-scientific methods were used: analysis, synthesis, induction, deduction, abstraction, systemic, logical, etc. 170 court sentences of various constituent entities of the Russian Federation (from 2016 to 2018) were studied, convicted in accordance with which participants in such social areas as health care and education were recognized. Results of the research: in criminological science the following main characteristics are distinguished, on which the study of the personality of the criminal is based: socio-demographic, moral-psychological, criminal law. The selection of any signs inherent in the identity of criminals is conditional. At the same time, the above classification of socio-demographic, moral-psychological, criminal and legal characteristics of small bribe takers in the areas of health care and education shows the degree of development of the criminogenic personality traits of a small bribe taker, their persistence or the possibility of a change in the positive direction...
