Given article is devoted studying of the person of the minor criminal: to revealing and an estimation of features of the mechanism of its criminal behaviour, revealing of the specific reasons generating criminal behaviour and fulfilment at this age of crimes. Studying of the person furnishes the clue for development of vospitatelno-precautionary measures, especially individual character, and gives possibility of forecasting of the future behaviour of the minor criminal.
