The article is devoted to the problem of the relationship between the locus of control and the motivation to achieve success in adolescence. Research methods: “Locus of Control” by J. Rotter, methods of motivation for T. Ehlers success, subjects - 40 students aged 18 to 21 years. Revealed a positive relationship externally locus of control and motivation to achieve success in adolescence.
