The review presents the treatment results for 176 locally advanced cervical cancer patients who received radiation therapy. Group I consisted of 150 elderly patients and group II comprised 26 old-aged patients. Efficacy of radiation therapy programs, 1-and 2-year survivals with respect to the total tumor dose in points A and B and radiation-induced reactions and complications were analyzed.
