Features of mathematical modeling of healing of postoperative wounds in experiment

The article presents the results of the possibilities of mathematical modeling in the description of the healing of the postoperative wound in the experiment, as well as the possibilities of predicting the outcome and course of the wound process according to its various indices. An experiment was carried out to close the postoperative wound in various ways: the usual suturing of the wound edge to the edge, the creation of a duplicate of the tissues of the anterior abdominal wall, as well as the healing of the wound under the conditions of the transplant. All indicators of the wound process were recorded in a single database. In the future, the normal distribution was checked and the correlation of each indicator with the outcome and course of the wound process was calculated. As a result of the work, a pathometric algorithm for the description of the wound process was chosen, the "pathes" and the significance for each parameter for the outcome and course of the wound process were calculated. Based on the research, the computer program "Program for predicting the course of the wound process" was written and patented (certificate of registration of the computer program No. 2017617481 of 05.07.2017). This program can be recommended for use by researchers in testing new methods of influencing the experimental wounded process.
