The problems of adaptable changes of metabolism under the influence of local physical activities in rock climbing. Investigated blood characteristics (lactate and pyruvate), hemoglobin and red blood cells, as well as status indicators of the antioxidant system of the mechanisms of energy supply during special physical activity. Marked changes in specificity indices depending on the level of fitness.
