The features of the interview method for competencies in industrial enterprises

In this article is presented the method of interview by competence in industrial enterprises. Assessment of staff competencies is of a strategic nature in the field of personnel policy at the enterprise. This technique helps to increase the efficiency of activities and individual structural units and the entire enterprise as a whole, reflected in such economic indicators as labor productivity and production profitability.
