Peculiarities of the method of investigation of crimes in the sphere of economic activity

The article deals with the concept and essence of crimes in the sphere of economic activity. The statistics of economic crimes for the period 2013 - September 2017 is given. The groups of economic crimes, types and articles of the criminal code of the Russian Federation in which they are given are considered. Further, the methods of investigating economic crimes are considered: economic and non-economic (traditional). The peculiarity of the investigation of such crimes is revealed, and the activity of investigative and operational bodies is considered. And the evidentiary base of crimes in the sphere of economic activity has been studied.
