Features of methodological foundations of the moral nature of the law in works of P. I. Novgorodtsev and N. N. Alekseev

The article presents an analysis of the general and the specific features of the methodological foundations of the moral nature of the law in works of P.I. Novgorodtsev and N.N. Alekseev. The author considers role of the personality and legal ideal in the formation and consolidation of the ethical principles in the legal field. The paper discusses influence of the Eurasian school on development of the methodological approach to the analysis of the moral foundation of the law.
