Features of inter-level management functions in the service organization

The article deals with the specifics of the transfer of tasks and authorities between the levels of company management. It is shown that the statement of tasks and the distribution of work to be called delegation of authority is fundamentally wrong. At the level of line managers, the transfer of some management functions to senior specialists is reasonable to be called delegation of authority.
