Characterization of mineral content of honey in urbane landscapes

The objective of the study was to investigate the mineral content of honey in different urbane landscapes of region Perm. Honey of natural landscapes was included in the study as referent. The characterization of honey content was carried on the basis of geochemical parameters of landscapes. They were found the environmental aspects of honey mineral content
