Features of effective budgeting model: domestic experience and foreign practice

The article attempts to solve the scientific and practical problem of determining the optimal model of effective budgeting based on domestic experience and foreign practice. The authors set out the goal of the article based on theoretical and methodological analysis of domestic experience and foreign practice to identify the features of forming a model of effective budgeting based on, to determine the prospects for its implementation in the paradigm of ensuring sustainable socio-economic development of the country. The article examines the basic principles and approaches to budgeting used in different countries, as well as identifies key differences between them. Special attention is paid to analyzing the practice of applying effective budgeting in Russia, highlighting its advantages and disadvantages. In conclusion, conclusions are drawn about the prospects for the development of effective budgeting in domestic practice, taking into account foreign experience.
