Factors and conditions of forming of professional competence of law enforcement officers

The problem of improvement of activity of heads of law enforcement agencies in the field of staff management strategy is examined in the article. One of the ways of increasing the effectiveness of the specified activities is improvement of mechanisms of motivation of employees to engage in professional activities. The relationship between types of motivation and factors that affect the behavior of employees is examined.
