Features of the motivational system of a modern Russian organization (on the example of the «Rosdengi» company)

The article discusses the system of personnel motivation of the company "RosDengi", analyzes it, describes the methods used. As a result of the study of the organization's motivation system, it was revealed that the company's management uses traditional methods of motivating and stimulating employees, providing comfortable working conditions, striving to form a team of like-minded people, and taking care of the leisure of its employees outside of working hours.
