Features of musical style and contribution to the development of Chinese piano art Wang Yujia

This article analyzes the performing art of the outstanding Chinese virtuoso pianist Wang Yujia. The main stages of the performer's creative career, the key moments of her biography, which played an important role in the formation of Wang Yujia as a musician, are highlighted. The works of Russian and European composers performed by a pianist are considered. The paper analyzes the unique features of Wang Yujia's musical style and evaluates her contribution to the evolution of Chinese piano art and its establishment on the world music scene in the context of the general flourishing of Chinese piano pianism at the turn of the XX-XXI centuries.
