Peculiarities of the national management

The author is one of the most prominent architects of modern Russia (the «Vlast» journal published his article «Russian Architecture: Life after Death» in issue 3 in 1917). The article says that nonprofessionalism, speculative character and inseparable connection of business with the authorities are the «three sources and three components» of the second reincarnation of Russian capitalism.
