Features of non-tariff regulation of foreign economic activities

The article discusses the features of the application of non-tariff regulation measures when moving goods across the customs border and the legal documents regulating them. Based on the analysis of foreign trade and existing measures, conclusions were drawn about the positive and negative aspects of the impact on the implementation of foreign economic activity.
