The features of providing scientific research with foreign information in a digital environment

The article shows how the library solves the problem of providing access to foreign literature for scientists based on a comparative analysis of the acquisition of the Central Scientific Agricultural Library in the Soviet period and in modern conditions. The analysis of foreign full-text e-resources and the method of obtaining them is given. It is concluded that it is necessary to use library service methods when working with databases of e-resources.
