The article considers the development of school computer science in the Republic of Kazakhstan. It provides a comparative analysis of the state standards of secondary education in computer science and defines the distinctive features of the new standard of school education in computer science with new content. Besides, the article presents the authors, vision of learning computer science in secondary education in the whole.
