Features of assessing the digital maturity of organizations

The analysis of works in the field of digital maturity assessment carried out in the article shows the terminological branching and the lack of a common conceptual apparatus in relation to both digitalization processes and the assessment of digital maturity of business processes, which does not fully describe the functional processes of digitalization. The authors formulated the concept of "maturity" in the context of the digital economy. To determine the level of digital maturity based on studies of existing methods for assessing the level of digital maturity of an organization, the authors propose to use a weighted assessment of the digital maturity of an organization based on groups of indicators covering the most important components of digitalization: technology, personnel, management and communications. In addition, some additional metrics are highlighted - indicators that allow you to assess the depth of digitalization.
