Features of assessment of investment attractiveness of development enterprises

In the modern economy, development is a promising business direction in terms of attracting investments and using them. The real estate market is developing dynamically and requires a significant number of financial resources. In this case, a competent assessment of the investment attractiveness of development companies becomes the main factor for making investment decisions. In the course of the study, the essence and features of the concept of "development" were studied, various approaches to the interpretation of this term were considered, the key components of development were highlighted, and a definition of this economic phenomenon was formulated on their basis. Particular attention was paid to the current state of the real estate market and the analysis of the investment attractiveness of several companies engaged in development activities. The result of the study was the identification of several features and problems accompanying the process of investing in the real estate market, as well as confirmation of the actualization of the existing methodological base for assessing the investment attractiveness of enterprises.
