Features for determining cadastral value of agricultural lands in modern conditions

The authors of the article examines the history of state cadastral valuation of agricultural land in Russia. Analyzed by a new version of the Guidelines on state cadastral valuation of lands and discussed her new position: the use of regulatory indicators of productivity and costs, determining the best and most efficient use of land for the current view, the calculation of earnings and employer rate of capitalization. Identified problems arising from the state cadastral valuation of lands for agricultural purposes.
