Features of definition market rent amount for agricultural lands

The author analyzes the methods of determination of market rents for arable land. The conclusion is made about the possibility of calculation of rent rates on the basis of net operating income from land. This allows to avoid mistakes when determining the сapitalization ratio which takes place in the classic version when the rent is calculated on the basis of the market value of the land.
