Features of determining the country of origin in foreign countries on the example of the UK

This article is devoted to the theoretical aspects of determining the country of origin of goods used in the European Union, analyzes the organization and requirements for persons who claim to receive preferences. Analysis is conducted which identifies the main advantages and disadvantages of the control of the origin of goods in the EU .
