Peculiarities of a citizens poll of when identifying persons participating in terrorism acts on the objects of transport complex

Introduction: the article examines general approaches to the implementation of a survey of various categories of citizens to identify individuals involved in the commission of terrorist acts in transport and transport infrastructure facilities. The analysis of the main tools used to combat crime by the investigation units of the militia of the Russian Federation and the investigation militia apparatus of the Republics of Kazakhstan, Tajikistan and Belarus. A modern interpretation of investigation activity “Opros” is considered in the regulatory legal framework of Russia and in certain former union republics, today - independent states.
