Features of organizing the budget process in the subjects of the Russian Federation

Effective management of budget resources is a key factor in ensuring financial stability and sustainable development of any region, especially during periods of economic challenges. In this regard, the study and optimization of the mechanisms of the budget process are an urgent task. The features of the organization of the budget process in the regions are due to the corresponding stages of the budget process, as well as differences in regional socio-economic development, sectoral structure, territorial and climatic location of the regions, and the regulatory framework.
