Features of organization of the stock market in the Russian federation

The article deals with entity and features of stock exchange in relation to the Russian legislation. The process of organization of exchange trade in the Russian conditions is defined. The author considers features of organization of trading session at the Moscow exchange, and also problems inherent in the Russian stock market with detection of tendencies of its further development.
