Features of the organization and construction of a modern system of regional management of the activities of authorized executive authorities of the subjects of the Russian Federation in the field of military registration, organization and conduct of conscription of citizens for military service (on the example of the Sverdlovsk region)

With the help of the classical triad for the science of public administration: "The subject of management - Legal regulation of powers - Strategic planning of activities", as well as on the basis of the use of methods of systematization, deduction, induction, generalization, the author of the article made a successful independent attempt to reconstruct, describe and identify the features of the organization and construction of a modern system of regional management of the activities of authorized executive authorities of the subjects of the Russian Federation in the field of military registration, organization and conscription of citizens for military service on the example of the Sverdlovsk region. Thus, the theoretical vacuum and the lack of knowledge currently available in the science of public administration, in relation to the sphere of public administration under consideration, was largely filled.
