The article deals with the innovative and little-studied problem of organizing and implementing the inclusive education for children with disabilities in a preschool educational institution of a rural settlement. The article provides the analysis of the scientific researches by domestic and foreign authors of this topic, as well as the historical review of the formation of inclusive education. In the course of the empirical research, the effectiveness of the comprehensive methodological support for all the participants in the inclusive education of children with disabilities in rural preschool educational institutions is proved. There are recommended for teachers, narrow specialists, managers for the effective organization of inclusive education in preschool educational institutions.
