The specifities of funeral services organization and burial sites maintenance in municipality

Тhe article presents an overview of the features of the organization of ritual services and the maintenance of places of burial in terms of the municipal education in the modern stage of development of the funeral business. Today there is a clear problem of municipalities being in the budget deficit are increasingly unable to bear the burden of financial expenditure on the maintenance of burial places (cemeteries) and to organize the correct implementation of all procedures and regulations prescribed by law. Reality dictates the necessity of modernization of the industry based on relationships that are mutually beneficial public-private partnerships, as local authorities will not be able to resolve existing problems in the ritual-burial area.
