Peculiarities of organization of independent work on mastery of shock-protective equipment by cadets of educational organizations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia

Independent work in educational organizations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia is one of the important types of educational activities of cadets, including when mastering the knowledge and skills formed in the process of physical training. It was established that mostly independent trainings of cadets are aimed at fulfillment of control standards of general physical training, at the same time mastery of skills of application of combat techniques of wrestling is left exclusively for work with the teacher. As a result, the efficiency of the process of forming a holistic readiness of cadets for upcoming professional activities is reduced. It has been shown that the development and introduction into the educational process of special programs of independent training in combat techniques of wrestling contributes to their reliable consolidation and improvement. Specific recommendations are presented on the organization of independent work of cadets on the example of the topic «Blows with hands, feet and protection against them», studied under the section «Combat techniques of wrestling» of the discipline «Physical training».
