The article presents the results of the study conducted by KAMAZ, JSC, on the basis of which there have been developed a methodology of quantitative assessment of working conditions and status. The undertaken research is aimed at the development of methodological and practical guidelines for development of methods for assessing the level of workplace organization, adaptation of techniques of work process microelement analysis to the specific conditions of particular production, estimation of the labor costs, recruitment of workers for specific jobs, remuneration of principle workers.
