Peculiarities of orthodontic treatment of patients with systemic hypoplasia of enamel

250 orthodontic patients were examined. We determined the incidence of hypoplasia of enamel in orthodontic patients, the percentage correlation of its forms, their combination with different forms of malocclusion. We conducted orthodontic treatment of 26 patients with systemic hypoplasia of the enamel, a description of a clinical case is proposed.
