This article will consider features of carrying out one of the main investigative actions - crime scene search on the basis of provisions of the current legislation and the analysis of experience of activity of investigative divisions and divisions of criminal investigation department; the main problems which investigators at his carrying out face are defined. On the basis of the analysis of long-term experience it is planned to give understanding of the mechanism of conducting crime scene search at investigation of crimes related with the illegal narcocontaining plants cultivation.
