Features of the implementation of the right to leave in the epoch of digitalization of the society

The article analyzes the characteristics of the right to oblivion (the right to delete links). As a result of the study, the author substantiates the conclusion that it is necessary to amend the Law on Information and fix in it as a basis for the search engine operator to refuse to delete links such criteria as «public interest», «public importance».
