The peculiarities of the movement of ozone-depleting substances across the customs border

The article is devoted to peculiarities of the movement of ozone-depleting substances across the customs border. The Decision of Board of the Eurasian Economic Commission from 21.04.2015 N 30 states that ozone-depleting substances are included in the Lists of goods prohibited and restricted for import into the customs territory of the Eurasian Economic Union and export from it. The subject of the article is undoubtedly relevant, because the effective customs control of such substances plays a major role in ensuring national safety, protection of residents’ life and health, protection of the environment. The article describes the procedure for the movement of ozone-depleting substances across the customs border and methods of customs control of these goods (including the use of technical means).
