Peculiarities of preparation for release from penitentiary institutions of FSIN Russia of minor convicted

The article analyzes the main theoretical and practical questions of preparation for the release of minor convicted. The author reveals that after liberation from criminal punishment in the form of deprivation of liberty, the individual has to adapt to normal life, cardinally different from penitentiary conditions. At the same time, a pupil of a colony released from places of deprivation of liberty faces legal and social problems. The value of the former is not so great in comparison with the value of the latter. That is why employees of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia, if possible, help a minor released from places of deprivation of liberty to solve, first off, social problems. The author gives statistical data of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia (2003-2015); reveals, and analyzes the peculiarities of preparation for the release of a minor convicted from places of deprivation of liberty.
