Features of preparation polymeric binding for decrease in porosity of fibreglasses received by the method of vacuum formation

In article methods of decrease in porosity in composite materials at various stages of their manufacturing are considered. The decontamination principle epoxy binding EDT 69n from low molecular substances is described. Dependences of loss of weight of pitches ED 20, ETF, UP 631 and a hardener №9 from heat treatment time are shown. It is resulted the schedule process temperature endurance binding EDT 69n. The microstructure of fiberglass ST 69nr made of decontaminated epoxy binding EDT 69n is presented by a method of vacuum formation. It is shown, that preparation polymeric binding EDT 69n reduces porosity of fiberglass in 2 and more times.
